Sweet Audrey

Oh my little Pug-kin Audrey! She's my best friend! She hasn't slowed down yet and I am so in love.

My little girl isn't so little anymore and her last vet visit she weighed 26 pounds! She's on a diet.... Poor girl! I am sure she will lose it in the summer with as much running around as she does then. She gets Half a cup of food in the morning and half a cup of Green Beans. She is doing good with it but she still has that Pug in her that everything is food...must need food... nom nom nom....


Audrey has done really good with Clyde. She doesn't like him on the couch with me though she goes nuts! The girl just wants to play non stop. Clyde needs a nap every so often. She is constantly going in his crate and checking on his stuff and making sure he doesn't have anything she wants. She is kinda mean to him when it comes to food or antler bones.

She is my best friend. I absolutely love each cuddle, lick, and puppy eyes look she gives. It always warms my heart and makes me smile!

Good Morning Everyone!! You are in for a treat today... Since I am so happy that it is Friday you get 2 Posts today!!! Crazy right? Word!

This Younique Journey has been such a learning experience... I always wore eyeliner and now I hardly ever put it on... I would never mix colors. If it was Bronzer and it went on your cheeks it wasn't suppose to be eye shadow...  This has been such a fun experience. I have tried different stuff and yet had the confidence to rock it. I don't know how or why but I have and it feel so good!

In this post I wanted to share some ways you can Mix your Younique Products.... I totally did today and I am in love! 

I used Pouty lip liner and put Loveable lip gloss over it! LOVE! 

Here I used both Glamorous and Heartbroken eye mineral pigment! Got so many compliments!

Fur Baby Clyde

Oh me oh my! I think I say that very often thanks to that big boy we have now. He has eaten a total of 6 pairs of my shoes... but I still love him. 

He got to go to the vet last night for a check up and to get on some flea and tick medicine. Poor boy has come in from playing outside with a few ticks.... That can't happen with my Fur Babies.  This was the first time we had taken him to the vet. He was a really good boy.... except he did bite at the vet when he took his temperature.  I don't blame him but still... 

He is signed up to start his training classes on Monday. I am very excited about those. He is a good boy and I have been working with him but I just need the extra help since he is such a big boy compared to Audrey.

Oh yeah and while we were at the Vet he kept trying to shake hands with everyone that bent down to meet him.... Might I add he hasn't been shaking my hand in a while... Audrey does it perfect now that treats are involved!

He has come a long way from when we got him. He wasn't eating treats and scared of every noise. Now he is eating any and everything. He is scared of the ceiling fans and that seems to be the only thing that's bothering him anymore. 

He is such a happy boy now and so full of life. I am very glad we did bring him into our home because now I don't know how life would be without him. He is a pain some times but the love and happiness he shows makes up for it all.

Your Fur Babies will LOVE you!

Have you tried to baking treat for your Fur Babies?

Well I hadn't either until I found out that the Dog Bakery we had in a shopping center closed right before Audrey's birthday. 

So I had to come up with something quick! 

I found a recipe for the treats and I love baking treats... So much that I have a cookie cutter collection now....

 Each Fur baby in my life gets special treats from me for the holidays or just because.

 Making them has helped save money as well!

Peanut Butter Dog Treats!

You will need:

• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
•  1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
• 1 cup skim milk, or 1 cup hot water (NOT BOILING WATER)
• 1 egg, this is optional you do not have to include it. The egg makes a dogs coat shiny (I dont include the egg in the treats)

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put dough on counter to flatten out and use your cookie cutters to make you Fur Baby a special treat! They bake for 20 mins! Let them cool and then your Furbaby can be spoiled! 

Audrey and Clyde approve these treats!

I do have a recipe for a cake which Clyde's Birthday is in June so I may get a little adventurous and try it out.

I'm sure these Fur babies will love it!
