Hats off it's Sunday!

Good morning! The Wifi is working so I am going to post and write up and many as I can so you will have some reading material while you are lounging by the pool this week!  Accessories with your bikinis are a must this summer! Hats are a must! Coverups are a must! Koozies are a must! Beach towels are a must! This post is dedicated to the hats! Whether its a baseball cap, floppy hat, or a straw fedora hat! They each bring cuteness to your day in the sun!

Happy First day of Summer!

It is finally Summer! YAY! It's my favorite season! So while I was in Nags Head I realized I missed the memo of each day you wear a different style bathing suit. For instance, one day was your black bathing suit, next was your sequin bathing suit and then the next was the bathing suit that matched your baseball cap. My Smurfette Bathing suit didn't fit in with any of those. 

For my next trip... I think I am prepared! I bought this cute Sequin top and black bottoms from Victorias Secret! (the links below is the exact top and the bottoms are that style just in black)

I just wanna stop..... and Thank you Baby!

Good Morning! Happy Friday! Hope everyone has had such an awesome week! It has been a hot one here and I love it! 

On Facebook an article was being shared on my news feed 36 Thank you messages for your everyday Prince Charming so I clicked on it and WOW! Every one of those applies to Kris and I so well! I loved it! I tagged him in it and we laid in bed together reading them. well he has a photographic memory one of his many super powers so now he is saying numbers from the article that apply to the current situations! 

My 3 favorites from the article were:

3.Thank you for all of the dorky pictures I make you take with me, and then for not complaining when I post them all over social media for every one of your friends to most likely see.

It really was an awesome article you should totally read it! It kind of made me want to write my own "Thank yous" and post them around the house at random times. It is always nice to do little things for one another.

Gotta give myself a little pat on the back!

Good morning! Happy Thursday! I had an eventful night last night! Have you seen the cold water challenges that are going on on Facebook? Where you get COLD water poured on you and if you don't within the 24 hours your were nominated you have to donate $100 to a charity of your choice? Well thanks to my friend Brittany, I had to do mine last night! I am very proud and yet think I'm crazy! It was so cold! My boyfriend Kris poured the water on me and my friend Lindsay filmed it for me. Tonight, since I nominated my friend, Stephanie, she is coming over to do hers and I am going to fix her tacos because I feel bad.

The water challenge was fun! If you have had to do it leave a comment below telling me about it!

I'm so obsessed!

Monogram.... it's just 3 little letters on something and yet it is so stinking cute and I gotta have it all! So for Summer if you need cute gifts for a friend you should totally get them a koozie that is monogrammed!

My friend and I also have a red chevron with Royal Blue letters for July 4th that we will picture as soon as they come in!

Father's day!

Happy Father's day to all the dads out there especially mine! He is such a wonderful man and I am blessed to be his daughter. He has been the coolest guy I have ever known and always knows how to make me laugh. My favorite times with him was when I was little and he would pick me up from preschool and we would go to "Gin Jail" which was what I called Western Sizzlin I don't know where I got that name from but it kinda stuck. Also he was so cool that he always called my play kitchen forks Dinglehoppers ( from Little Mermaid) and I would scratch his back and comb his hair with them.  He worked hard to pay for all my dancing I did growing up. He is a die hard Redskin fan and I have become one over the years so I can understand his "language" more. He is such a great leader with everything he does I have never heard any of his co workers say anything bad about him. He is a great role model and I hope to become have the person he is today for my kids that I may have in the future.


Today was a nice laid back pool day with him and he excitedly showed us all of his redskin gifts we have given him over the years had a place in his Redskin room.... told you he was die hard fan!

Nair shower power with Argan Oil

Normally after I save and then go lay out I will start to get those red bumps and it's so uncomfortable and from using this Nair I haven't had any issues and it washes off clean in the shower no pain at all! I was so excited! It also lasted about 2 weeks before I had to do it again!
