Santa Belt Nails

I tried making the Santa Belt Nail Art.... It did it's job even if it looked like a little kid did my nails!

Painted my nails with Red Red Speed Dry Nail Enamel by Avon

then the belts were done with Licorice Speed Dry Nail Enamel by Avon

lastly the squares for the belts were done in a Silver Nail Art Pen by Sally Hansen

Christmas Eve!

Good morning! I am like a little kid today! My boyfriend and I already exchanged gifts! So exciting! We just ate some cinnamon rolls and then it is time to clean up and head over to my parents and then we stay with his tonight and have Christmas with his family tomorrow!



My sister and I have already been telling each other where Sonata is it's our thing haha she was all into tracking him when I was little and I didn't really care to keep up with it but now being older and understand it is pretty neat. Norad Santa Tracker Visit their website and join in on the fun!

Elf On The Shelf!!!

I love being a teacher especially during the holiday seasons. I was lucky enough to be in a Classroom this year and enjoy the Elf On The Shelf along with the kids. I came up with a few ideas but The lead teacher in my classroom took care of the rest.

The Elf On The Shelf will totally be something I will want to do with my kids and I know my parents would have had so much fun with that when my sister and I were kids.

Today, while getting some last minute gifts, I wore my Forever 21black and white striped top with a pair of jeans I also purchased at Forever 21 with my combat boots pictured above and today I purchased a Jessica Simpson black cross body bag  at ROSS regularly $78 and I got it for $27.99. I picked it up and put it down and my boyfriend said, "um just get it!" so I listened haha

Have a Holly Jolly Christmas....

Well I enjoyed preparing goodies for my friends and family to come over. I am excited and very proud of myself. Its as if I have become Susie homemaker overnight almost. Ever since I have moved in with my boyfriend I have become craftier and cooking a lot more then just Easy Mac! Yet I still have my Carrie Bradshaw moments.

I cant wait for everyone to show up and have some fun! Check back tomorrow and find out how the party went and maybe you could get some ideas for your holiday party!

Oh my on my! I just watched Revenge the wedding was beautiful! What a cliffhanger!  I don't know if I can wait until Jan 5th for the next episode! That was insane! If you have not seen Revenge watch the first season on Netflix or if you missed this episode check it out on ABC

This is my latest little touch of Christmas I added. I am so excited because I in a way made them! I bought the three stockings at the dollar store then after searching around I found the letters at Walmart along with the bows. So once I got home, I fixed them up and I am thrilled! 

Now it is time for me to cook some dinner and wrap some presents as I get ready to watch Revenge! I can't wait to see how the wedding looks and revenge unfolds!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! 

My holiday was wonderful! I definitely needed this little break and much needed family time! 

After watching Christmas Vacation with my family last night,

we spent today decorating for Christmas, we have a tree up in our bedroom and a tree in our living room and candles are in the windows! I of course got new dish towels, place mats, and napkins! I'm so addicted to decorating, the kitchen however, is still in the process of being decorated. I am waiting for my napkin rings and haven't gotten my Baby, its cold outside sign yet.

Good morning! I didn't do any shopping. I am only having to get a few more gifts but I will be ordering them online! If you did do your shopping hope you had fun and were able to get what you were hoping to get :-)



I just watched an episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer! Oh the memories! That was my show back in the day! I can quote most of the episodes! This episode was from season 2 with Spike and Drusilla....they were the perfect vampires! I am not a twilight fan and I don't think many Buffy fans were because let's be honest vampires don't glitter!



Tonight Kris and I are going to decorate for Christmas and watch a Christmas movie! We are going to eat our favorite dinner, chicken Alfredo from costco , thanks to his mom! I'm excited! Whoot whoot!

Well.... I have most of my Christmas shopping done! I need to hurry and decorate before the goodies start showing up on the door step of course after Thanksgiving.....dinner.....BUT Yes online shopping....my weakness helped me get ahead of the game. Now work has passed out Secret Santa names.... I'm so excited! I can't wait to go all Secret Agent Man and leave their goodies around work for them! The holidays are so much fun! I can't wait to do some of my favorite traditions and make new ones with Kris! Hope you all have a great rest of your night.... pass along some of your traditions! I'll be blogging my traditions all month next month once I get decorated! Yay! So excited!

the countdown has started.....

Let the Countdown to  Christmas begin! One of my favorite things to do is watch ABC Family's countdown to Christmas to see all the holiday favorites! Well movies start tonight at 8!

 

I am excites for this weekend! Harry Potter Marathon! Yay! I can't wait! 

Now tonight make some hot chocolate or some cookies and cuddle up with the ones you love and enjoy!

In love with my Leg Warmers!

How adorable are these! I saw these legwarmers posted on a Facebook Group page as someone in my area was taking orders to make these for you for just $15 well of course with my boot sock obsession I jumped on them and ordered them right away! I wore them today with my brown sweater, white bubble necklace, gray leggings, and my brown  boots! I love them! Some southern cuteness added to my cozy outfit!
