Update and Motivate

Hey everyone! Hope you are all enjoying your weekend. I have spent most of the Saturday doing this new thing to me called cleaning....I hate to clean and yet this "weight watcher/ fitness freak" gets up Saturday mornings read to clean... It's very funny to see Kris's face when he walks in the room and I am cleaning. Like today, "Umm...you're dusting." Haha yeah I was... Crazy I know! 


Sunday, I went to the Yoga barre class,( holy soreness) went with my mom to a viewing of one of my sister's best friends in school, lunch, and then cuddled the rest of the day with Audrey!


Speaking of Audrey I feel like she grew over night! Wow! We changed her food and when I woke up this morning BAM there was a whole lotta dog haha 

She also got a gate to get to just stay in the kitchen while we are at work now, hoping that will clam her down more then keeping her in her crate all day. We shall see how that works out today!

Feel Good Fitness Friday!

Good Morning! Happy Feel good Friday! This has been such a long week...it just dragged....we are finally here at Friday though! YIPPEE!

I have to admit everything I mentioned about staying on top of Weight Watchers and Fitness and all.....Well I slacked and then didn't weigh in on Wednesday. I lived a little over the weekend and I haven't eaten the best but I worked out Tuesday, Wednesday ,and Last night! I was feeling down on myself and also bloated because well I am a girl and that happens once a month and last time I weighed in with that I had gained 2 pounds... 

After last night's workout though, I feel so better!  I also was complimented on my legs yesterday, being told they looked very toned. I also realized my arms have a bit more toning look to them now as well. If that's not motivation, I don't know what else is!

I wanted to share the awesome workout I tried last night and was so excited about! I did this after the Ripped DVD on the Zumba Exhilarate set. You will need a resistance band for it. I found it on Pinterest of course!


I did 20 reps on each leg then went on to do some more resistance exercises, then came back and did another 20 reps on each leg, did and another exercise, and ended with 20 reps on each leg.

It burned but felt so good!

Headbands....

Good Morning! It's finally Thursday! This week has been SOOOOO LONG! 

Lately, I have been getting new clothes and they make you feel pretty good.  You know though, I'm all about the accessories. I have fallen victim to yet another trend..... Head bands!  I mean I have always had a thing for them especially with the Gossip Girl days and Blair Waldorf always had one on with her outfits.

They totally dress up any outfit and can change your whole look. I love them!

I have gotten many of mine from Walmart and my best friend gave me a Pink Pewter one for Christmas.

Carrie Underwood has promoted Pink Pewter so of course it can be a Country Night accessory!








I also love how they have made hairstyle to go along with them that are messy but cute! I tried one myself thanks to one of my co workers teaching me how since my hair has gotten so long.


My pearl one here was worn at a country night!

Really PLL Really?



Good morning! I am so mad at Pretty Little Liars like I am sure most of you are as well! Charles is A..... WHO IS CHARLES? It seems like he is Jason's twin but then why was Ali's mom making Alison forget about the Yellow dress that was for another girl? What would Jason's twin have against Alison? I could understand the whole Alison twin theory but Jason's? Plus I thought A was going to be someone we have seen this whole time? which we could but he just revealed his real name last night.... but still not what I wanted or was expecting. Yay! Mona is alive! 


I am just so mad.. the big reveal was yet another confusing twist! I guess I can finally be happy to know that at least I am not A which many times I have wondered. 

 I have to say it was a really good episode just mad it didn't result the way I wanted.

Oh well now we just wait for Summer when it comes back to confuse us more.....Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Finale of Pretty Little Liars!

Hello Everyone! Tonight, I am throwing a Fiesta for the finale of Pretty Little Liars! I am going to just throw it out there and say that Toby is A! I don't know why but I am just going to say it's him! Who do you think it's going to be? I can't believe we find out tonight!



I hope that it's not Andrew because he just came into the picture. I want it to be someone who has been around for the whole show. I have heard rumors that it's one of the girls and I would go along with that.... Spencer would be my pick then since she is the leader and has been believed this whole time.

Tonight's menu includes: Soft Tacos and Cheesy Mexican Rice! I'm cooking my Tacos with Ground Turkey and Kris's is having steak with his.








I hope you enjoy your night! I'm going to go watch last week's episode over and then this week"s new episode while I enjoy dinner!

Well I said Yes!

Good Morning! I got such a wonderful surprise, That means the world to me! My friend Stephanie asked me to be in her wedding! So I said Yes! To being a bridesmaid!

She gave us little boxes filled with some chocolate, an emergency bridal kit, some Fireball , and a personal gift to each of us ( I got lipstick and eyeshadow). Our Bridesmaid guide she gave us told me that I was to wipe her tears on that very special day but I have already started crying... so i'm not sure I'll be that much help on that department! It was such a cute and sweet way to have officially asked!

Kris was also asked to be a Groomsmen! Chad gave him a box that was asking him to " Suit up, Drink up, and Stand up beside him on his big day!" So this will be our second wedding of this year that we are going to be in together!


This is going to be such a beautiful wedding! Chad and Stephanie have been together for 10 years and I have only be in the picture for little over 2 years and I am so excited to be asked to be in this wedding!

The Puggle I love to Snuggle!


Here's my beauty, Audrey, and she just lights up my world!  I still think I am in shock that she is mine!
I took her to the vet yesterday and she now weighs 7.2 pounds. I was told to start playing with her feet so she wont put up a fight. They suggested rubbing apples on her paws and giving her treats while I am doing it. I'm not a feet person so that even made me cringe to hear to do that. I mean I love her paws but just hearing that being done to feet, kinda grossed me out. She still isn't barking and I have a feeling she is not going to be a guard dog what so ever since every time she sees someone come to the door she just wags her tail... Great.... She is being a bit more adventurous going up and down the steps outside, and jumping on and off the couch! I spoil her like crazy! As everyone should do to their Fur babies!

We Made it to another Feel Good Friday!

Good morning! Happy Friday! I feel like this has been a long week! Happy Spring! It's is a rainy day here. Blah...That means I should stay home and cuddle with Audrey right?

I want to brag a little about myself because I can't get over the fact that I have loss a total of 7 pounds and I have only 3 more to go before I hit my goal! I am beyond excited and Proud of myself! It is truly and awesome feeling!

I started my day, yesterday, trying some Green Tea. It was good just tasted like some unsweet tea to me. I drink the whole to-go cup! Go Me!


Last night, I did the Zumba Toning DVD (Ripped from Exhilarate) then I did 20 reps each of different resistance work outs! 

I'm feeling really good! I left one point yesterday, My fiber one bar (2points), Smart One Spaghetti (7points), grilled chicken and baked potato dinner(7 points), and mini chocolate fudge pie (9points) all added up to 25 points.

Today, I believe I will start my day out the same with the green tea and Fiber One bar. Although my bed feels perfect especially with Audrey curled up with me...

There is a quote I found yesterday that I love and I believe it to be true and actually I could hear my dad say something like that to me.

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going!

Good Habits are just as addicting as bad but so much more rewarding!

I told my friend yesterday that I really wanted to blog this whole adventure I am on so hopefully I could Inspire someone to get active, make better food choices, and have this wonderful feeling every single day! There are not many cons to doing this and actually at the moment I can't think of any but I could tell you so many pros....

I sleep better at night
I am more energized
I don't feel sluggish or bloated all day long
I am happy
I am proud of myself
I love myself more
I am getting compliments every day 

So You can do this! My motivation was to look better in the wedding pictures and fit in my bridesmaid dress for the wedding I am in in May. The dress is actually big on me and I haven't even met my goal yet!

So Find what your motivation is and get up and go after your goals! If you are going to try Weight Watchers TRACK EVERYTHING!

Weigh in Wednesday!

Good Morning! I of course go weigh in for my completed week #6! I feel great that's for sure! The key is to track everything to eat and planing will help as well! I always make sure that one day of the week not 4 anymore... I get to go to Buffalo Wild Wings and order the Buffalo Ranch Chicken wrap that is 33 points! I only get 26 daily points so I tap into my activity and 49 weekly points. It's my treat!


I have become totally addicted to the Smart Ones Spicy Chicken Sandwich Sliders (5 points) and The Weight Watchers popped Barbecue Chips! (2 points)

I am getting to the point where I know point values on stuff and I am making better choices.

I am nervous about the weigh in I always am but then again I was very good! I did Zumba at least 5 days of the week, I cleaned most of the day Saturday, I went to the yoga barre class Sunday, and I only touched my extra points Monday night when I ate buffalo wild wings.

It all paid off because I lost 2 pounds! 

Tomorrow night I am excited to work out! Zumba is calling my name as well as some toning with the resistance bands! Whoot Whoot!

Happy Feel Good Friday!

Good morning everyone! So I am starting week six of Weight Watchers and I have lost 5 pounds so far and I am feeling great! I have had a lot of people tell me that they can tell I have lost weight, so that is exciting!


 Even greater news, I tried on the bridesmaid dress to the wedding I am sweating for and It fits!

 I have been doing Zumba from the at home dvds  close to every night and doing a yoga barre class on Sunday for the past 2 weeks! 
I do Exhilarate and Ripped dvds of this pack. 

Just got this set in the mail and so far I have done Leg and Glutes one 

I am pushing myself that is for sure and I am so proud since I feel so good about myself! 

The Weight Watchers program was overwhelming at first but I have found the things I like and tried now things to find the substitutes for the bad things I have been eating.

I am loving the Smart Ones that Weight Watchers promotes and the points are on the box!
So Far The Spicy Chicken Slider (5pts) is my favorite!
