Active wear monthly subscription box


Good morning!

It seems like there's a monthly subscription box for everything these days...

Last month, I came across an advertisement for Ellie...showing a workout outfit for $49.95 and it came with exercise equipment.....

I said, "wow that's a great deal"...

"Gosh, you can't even buy pants for that"....

" Let me check the reviews"

Well, I did and I saw how many people were pleased with the subscription that well I went ahead and joined.

Cause lets be honest having a good outfit and make up makes you have confidence to go anywhere...

Any extra boost to get me to the gym... I'll take it!

I found out that the July box was totally made for me!!

 My favorite color coral was part of the collection!!

Now I'm going to show you what I got......




This sparkly box  was waiting for me the other day on the porch!!!


Opened it up and it was like Christmas for the gym lover!!!

Also a chilling towel... I can't wait to try that out!


then in this sparkly bag was what i was most excited for.....

A tank top that is not form fitting... Thank goodness there is room to breathe!!!

I am very pleased with this outfit! I am going to wear it to the gym tonight to test it out!

They were really good with the sizing and you can change from Box to box... they ask each time and tell you how the sizes run.

Cleanse # 2 February Results

Hi!

Hello!

How are you?

How great was Anna's post yesterday?

 Oh my goodness I feel like I need to step up my blogging game!

Who cleaned their make up brushes?

I did and I also finished an It Works cleanse!

Can you believe we are almost 2 months into 2017?

Where has the time gone?

Now I have told you about the cleanse before but here's a little recap....


It's a 2 day process you drink a 4 oz bottle in the morning before breakfast and a 4 oz bottle at night before dinner that you can do once a month!

The drink itself is gross... but by day 2 it isn't that bad. 

Now, I normally don't weigh in until Sunday, but for this I wanted to see how much it took off. 

They suggest you can do this and not work out and eat whatever you want but making healthier choices would help better the results.

Motivation has hit me

Hey Everyone!!!

Hope everyone is feeling great!

I for one was not and I have told ya'll before I was going to make a change and I didn't. Until now that is! 
There needs to be a change because I feel so blah and haven't been sleeping good and well cute shirts aren't looking that cute on me. 

Sunday night I weighed in at 154.3

125 was my normal weight and I thought I needed to get fit then.

Going to make Sunday my weigh in day and Post my weekly updates as well.

Probably won't be this in depth and tell you everyday just my weigh ins and maybe a meal that worked out for points good. 

I need to do these posts for myself though to let it be known that someone out there is reading this and seeing that I am trying and it won't be so easy for me to quit.

I am in my best friend's wedding in May so here we go again..

I make myself look good for other people's wedding... not my own... hahaha

I have started wearing my FITBIT again as well.... It's terrible considering how much I was doing of being 8,000 to 10,000 and now barely getting 5,000....


Like I said, CHANGE has to happen!!!


Monday 3,287 steps

Tuesday 3,305 steps
Wednesday 4,077 steps
Thursday 2,006 steps (charged while I was at work) FAIL! 2
Friday 3,465 Steps
Saturday 3,835 Steps

I started back with Weight Watchers!

 Now I get a daily amount of 30 points and 35 weekly points

- Monday - 27 points

6 Peanut butter crackers 6 points

Grilled Chicken wrap ( 7 point total)
- 1 Tortilla 2 points
-Grilled chicken 1 point
-Shredded lettuce 0 points
-blue cheese 3 points
-Buffalo Wild Wings Medium Sauce 1 point

2 Slices of Pizza Hut Pizza 7 points each



Exercise :

So No this week wasn't perfect but it was a lot better then I was doing!

I am going in the right direction!

Plus I only had 3 Sodas all week!

That's just week one! 

I can and I will do this! 

Now yes I am going to allow myself to enjoy the holidays but in between them I am going to work hard....

Then after the holidays it's game on!

Update and Motivate

Hey everyone! Hope you are all enjoying your weekend. I have spent most of the Saturday doing this new thing to me called cleaning....I hate to clean and yet this "weight watcher/ fitness freak" gets up Saturday mornings read to clean... It's very funny to see Kris's face when he walks in the room and I am cleaning. Like today, "Umm...you're dusting." Haha yeah I was... Crazy I know! 


Sunday, I went to the Yoga barre class,( holy soreness) went with my mom to a viewing of one of my sister's best friends in school, lunch, and then cuddled the rest of the day with Audrey!


Speaking of Audrey I feel like she grew over night! Wow! We changed her food and when I woke up this morning BAM there was a whole lotta dog haha 

She also got a gate to get to just stay in the kitchen while we are at work now, hoping that will clam her down more then keeping her in her crate all day. We shall see how that works out today!

Motivational Monday....

Good morning! Happy Monday morning.... 

Whew! My body is sore! My legs and back are on fire today! whoot whoot!

Note to self : never leave The Avengers movie on tv while trying to fall asleep because Kris will stay up and watch the whole movie and keep scaring you and Audrey while yall are snuggled up sleeping and then will go into work late because he didn't sleep  much..... MEN!


Progress is Progress no matter how small! Great quote to get this day started! Today is my First day of Weight Watchers full force! I will lose the weight and work on toning up for Summer. I am in a wedding May 16th, so I hope to be looking and feeling how I want to be feeling at this moment and time! I can do it! I will do it! 

I was looking into getting the next dvd set of Zumba. it comes with a step this time and has extra dvds with it that focus on certain body part workouts! I would love to get it! I hope I stay this focused and motivated! Please help me!
