Frozen Treats

Which is something I have ready in the Freezer all Summer long!

Super easy!


Fill your ice trays, silicone trays, or the Kong stuffing toys with Chicken broth...Water... Watered down Peanut Butter or Yogurt!

You can add some fruit to them TOO!

Freeze!

and Boom!

You are ready for an  Awesome summer spoiling for your Fur Babies!

BE CAREFUL WITH ADDING FRUIT TO TREATS

Here is a list of SAFE fruits for dogs!

Apples
Apricots
Bananas
Blackberries
Blueberries
Cantaloupe
Honeydew
Mangos
Peaches
Pears
Raspberries
Strawberries
&
Watermelon

Even just giving them the fruit would be a nice cooling treat!

Now, I may go a little over board with all of this...

Christmas Light Pug Party

Hello!

Good Morning!!!

How is everyone today?

I think Audrey is tired from all the excitement we had last night!

 I think we have made this a tradition for ourselves!

Take our Pug/Puggle for a walk through the gardens... 

This year we both remembered bags ... Last year we were so nervous our dogs would behave embarrassing... well only thing that we laugh about from last year is the fact that Berkeley went poo on a light!

This year They were really good! They Actually were happy to see each other! Audrey has been a little anti social to dogs here lately... So I was happy to see her excited to see Berkeley 

As soon as we got there the little pug butts got greeted in a way they weren't very happy over so once we gave them their pep talk we were able to look at the lights and the other dogs there. 

Audrey befriended a King Charles Caviler and a French Bulldog!!

Oh and of course some other Pugs!

 Crazy to say but I had so much fun! Seeing all the other breeds... like your very own live dog show!

Only the comments of people... like WE CAN HEAR YOU!

Poor Berkeley kept getting called a boy... and well someone said," Oh look at the fat one".... talking about Audrey....

She's not fat! She is healthy and still in the weight group of her breed!

Ugh.. People!

The night is fun with the car ride there and the car ride back! It is for sure one thing that we will be doing for years to come. 

Of Course her and I both have asked for puppies this Christmas.... so we shall see if we get to add anyone to our night!

That will make it even more adventurous!!

Oh and as for our coats... well it was kinda warm last night so I had a jacket on and was sweating a little... 

We were prepared for December weather but... That's not what we had last night...

Oh well!

Today is a happy happy HAPPY day!!!!

Guess what we are celebrating today?

Audrey's Birthday!

Baby girl is 2!

I'm so excited to have an excuse to spoil her!

The dog park at the outdoor mall opened today too!

I can't wait to take her there!!

 She will get to run around there this weekend

I made her birthday cake last night... Cheese Cake 

She will get a nice dinner from the Three Dog Bakery chicken and rice veggie mix 

I ordered off Amazon

and then some Cheese cake!

I CAN'T believe it Part 2!!!

So Im very DEPRESSED.....

Can you believe I couldn't even enjoy my Taco Tuesday.....

I came across this print in the leggings and I am FREAKING out......

I mean I already know where I would wear them....

I already have several tops that will match them....

Just hand them over people!!!!

Your Fur Babies will LOVE you!

Have you tried to baking treat for your Fur Babies?

Well I hadn't either until I found out that the Dog Bakery we had in a shopping center closed right before Audrey's birthday. 

So I had to come up with something quick! 

I found a recipe for the treats and I love baking treats... So much that I have a cookie cutter collection now....

 Each Fur baby in my life gets special treats from me for the holidays or just because.

 Making them has helped save money as well!

Peanut Butter Dog Treats!

You will need:

• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
•  1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
• 1 cup skim milk, or 1 cup hot water (NOT BOILING WATER)
• 1 egg, this is optional you do not have to include it. The egg makes a dogs coat shiny (I dont include the egg in the treats)

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put dough on counter to flatten out and use your cookie cutters to make you Fur Baby a special treat! They bake for 20 mins! Let them cool and then your Furbaby can be spoiled! 

Audrey and Clyde approve these treats!

I do have a recipe for a cake which Clyde's Birthday is in June so I may get a little adventurous and try it out.

I'm sure these Fur babies will love it!

Monday comes so soon!

Hey Hey Hey!....I for sure have had the Monday blues... The day after the Super Bowl should be a Holiday! 

Poor Audrey is so worn out I had to pick her up to get her out of her crate and she's just laying around.....No puppy power in her yet! 

Last night was great! Although I thought the game started at 8 so my guests didn't show up until 7:30 and that was pretty much when the half time show started. Kris heard it started at 7 and I swore when we had gone to dinner the other night they say coverage begins at 6:30 and the game starts at 8. I even heard people complain about how late the game was going to be since it was being played in Arizona.  I felt so bad but really no one was that interested in the game just the food, commercials , and watching how Audrey and Berkeley got along.

Berkeley Is who Kris decided he wanted in our house so when he went searching for a puppy that was his model. Audrey was a bit sassy acting ( her Scrappy Doo came out) but Berkeley put her in her place and could jump up on the couch so she would stare down at Audrey. 

I enjoyed the half time show wasn't as good as Bruno Mars by no means but I did enjoy the dancing and costumes. I heard Lenny Kravitz was on it but I think I blinked. Missy Elliot sang all my old Hip hop dance songs so of course I liked it since it made me go down memory lane for a second.

I'm very proud of myself I did 45 mins of Zumba tonight! Whoot Whoot! 

Now it's time for me to crash! Good night everyone!

Are you ready for some.............Party food?

Good morning! Happy Super Bowl day! I'm so ready to have a few friends over and enjoy our party food! Our friends are going to bring their Pug over so we will be having our own "Puppy Bowl" tonight as well! 

So far Kris has said he wants.... Meatballs.....Rotel cheese dip...and a cheese and crackers plate..... Really? 

We will be getting all of that as well as my picks... Pigs in a blanket and Green Bean fries. I'd like some Buffalo Wings but the crock pot will be full of Meatballs and I'd rather have them. 

I would love to make a homemade doggie treat for Audrey and Berkeley to have because the Pups should get to party as well!

Speaking of Audrey she did awesome at the vet yesterday and remember I said I was thinking either 2.8 or 3 pounds..... well she weighed 4.2 pounds! 

She also went up the steps all by herself yesterday to go inside! After I blinked and saw she was up the steps I think she can stop growing for a couple days now! 

Also I have been very good I haven't bought anything from www.Jane.com in 4 days now! whoot whoot! 

Well time to go to the store and then get some things cooking!
