I Just wanna be TRENDY!

Hey Everyone! 

Good Morning! 

Hope you are all doing well! 

So... I have to tell you about this conversation my friend and I had...... Well She just got back from Aruba and I was asking her for a Mexican night so we could talk about the trip and well be us. Cause, well... I have missed her. 

We got on the subject of me telling her how I have not been good and stuck with doing weight watchers and was feeling blah again so I know I need to do it and stop being this way. The she told me she was feeling Blah as well and was trying to be Trendy at work and really she was just feeling old!

I am older then her!

We then got to talking about all the trendy things we liked and our wants...

-Eyes-

 She said she wanted new Glasses and to start wearing them more and well You all know I felt the same way! ( New Glasses Post) 

-Hair-

 She said she was wanting pink hair and I said I did too just like a strand for Breast Cancer awareness month and yeah... kinda... almost...over. She is worried that her being in a wedding next weekend it would bother the bride that she has pink hair.

Well she now has pink hair! So points for TRENDY hair go to her!

 I told her I wanted a perm because lazy girl here would like to have curly hair more then the straight hair she has had her whole life and the hours of standing there it lasts maybe 2 hours max... Her reply was, " Umm... well they are coming back... but No don't do it."

Like fine.... Maybe I can try waving my hair the night before... Ugh

-Nails-

I told her I took off my acrylics using cotton balls soaked in nail polish remover wrapped tightly with Foil wile I watched an Episode of Game Of Thrones and it actually took my acrylics off nicely! 

We both agreed that we wanted to have our nails cool colors.... like Purple, Navy, and Burgundy, 

Also Black.... I love black nails! When they are short... Like right now I could rock the black nails....

-Boots-

She is wanting to go the Bootie route this year... Which I love and my girl can pull off any style!

The only bootie type look I do is the wedges!! Love love love these!!! I have black and tan and they go with everything!!! They help dress the outfits up a little and are so COMFY! 


Now I wear flat boots the most though and ....Well I just bought these boots from Payless!! Of course they had their buy one get one sale going on!

So I couldn't resist not getting these cause well I had tall brown boots but can only seem to find one boot....

Now I have no excuses!

-Sweaters-

We both agreed that we want to rock those off the shoulder sweaters with the lace bralettes!

Which we haven't been able to find!

I found sweaters on the Old Navy website and I had gotten the bralettes as gifts for my wedding/honeymoon....

So hopefully these will all work out to help me achieve that Trendy look.

-Accessories-

 I am all about the Blanket scarves... But what about when I am not wearing them or how about if I ever get to rock that sweater bralette trend... Choker! a thin black choker will  be wore for sure! Which thanks to Jane.com  I have already bought one! 

-Vests-

Well as for me.... I am in love with wearing my olive utility vest so much that I bought a khaki one  oh and ummm a Navy puffer vest.

Which with plaid shirts the vests are super cute!

I have wore my olive green vest with a navy stripe shirt and have received compliments galore.

All in one weekend

Flash Black Friday

.......Left one job...got engaged...started new job.... 

I'm not Miss Ashley anymore.... sad but it was time to go. I had such an awesome class to leave on so there were only happy goodbyes. The last of my babies went off the Kindergarten and I went on to have a Big Girl job... Now I work in an office.... Something I never thought I would do.... always said ,"Eww I can't just seat at a desk all day." Well I do now and it has been really quite fun. I type out invoices for the work the mechanics have done on tractor trailers and such. Totally different from being a Pre-K teacher.... although the "men" around here do throw tantrums so at the same time.... not so different.  

That night we "celebrated" by going to see Chase Rice in concert! What an awesome time!

So I woke up a little upset but nervous and all I got a call the next day did I want to go get my nails done.... I replied with, "No I really don't have the money," To then be told she didn't ask if I had money but did I want to go. Well then I found out it was just going to be a big girls day. Kris's mom, his sister in law, niece and me!

We got our nails done..... went to lunch....went shopping...well that night Kris and I were going to go see our friend's band play. I told everyone come on out. We got there to see everyone did come out. No way!

It was such an awesome time I found a new drink there that was very yummy and on my 3rd one right after the band played "Gettin Giggy With it" The band stopped and said, " oh hey guys we have an annoucement..... To the driver of a silver Ford F150  and he read the licence plate..... it of course was Kris's truck. Someone hit your truck so we need the owners on stage. Kris said come on and I said, " um no that's your truck." well all of a sudden I am being pushed onto the stage. Tipsy and freaking out a little Kris bent down and asked me to Marry Him!!!!

I was completely speechless and cried the rest of the night!!! haha I really did! August 29th will never be the same! I called my mom and dad....called my Dee-ma.....Facebook status.... Istagram pictures.....all the above.

Such an awesome night! That will never forget! We are planning to get married September 10th of this year. Planning a wedding is very very VERY stressful. 

We were going to do destination wedding..... SUPER EXPENSIVE! 

Now we are looking for venues around home.

I got my dress already with my mom and funny thing is... THE FIRST WEDDING DRESS.... I tried one. That was such a fun day! My mom and I just went to go look and ended up leaving with the dress.

Now I need to get focused and start working out and doing Weight Watchers again.

I'm on a mission

Good morning! Happy day to you! I have a bridal shower to attend on Saturday. I know what I want to wear but not everything is in my closet.... which means I HAVE to go shopping! Yay!  Her wedding is the Country, Rustic, theme so I am getting a feel that dresses and cowboy boots is what will be wore at the shower as well! I just have to wait until Thursday night to go do a little shopping. I have it planned out though....Kohls first to get a strapless, lace dress that is on sale for $24.99. It comes in all colors Navy, Coral, Mint, Aqua, Pink, Ivory, Black, and White....I'm not sure which color I want and each dress has a brown belt with it. Next stop and last stop is Walmart they have statement necklaces for only $10 in stores! I have my cowboy boots so I feel my outfit will be set!

70's today...Snow tomorrow...

Hello, sorry there was no post yesterday. My day was pretty busy and I still had a headache yesterday thankfully it's gone today... Anyway, it was such a beautiful day today the sun was shining and it was in the 70's here. which the warm weather made me want a hot dog real bad....so that is what we had for dinner. Hot Dogs and pasta salad! We were going to have a picnic outside since it was so nice but it started raining and so with that said they are calling for it to snow again tomorrow in the area.....so crazy right? I am so ready to wear dresses and statement necklaces and or bracelets with them!

I guess it's that time to start stocking up on all your Spring looks! I mostly wear dresses all spring and summer long! It's so easy to get ready for work everyday and dresses are so comfy!

I can be dressed up or dressed down in the dresses! It's Awesome!

Happy Friday!!!!

Good morning! Hope everyone has had a wonderful week! I'm sorry I didn't make a post yesterday but it was kind of busy and well I didn't really know what to say.... Today, I feel like talking! haha I am very excited to share that last night I ordered from 2 Pretty Little Liars outfits from Aeropostale 

Here is what I ordered:

This is Hanna's look #1 I ordered the necklace, dress, and blazer! 

This is Spencer's look #2 I ordered the, dress, cardigan, belt, and the bracelet!

I am so totally excited I can't wait for my order to come in! My friend Alana who has the blog Simple Love Is working on something for me and my friend who are in LOVE with the show Pretty Little Liars. Once I have given my friend the surprise. I will then share it with you but a little hint I am planning on wearing it with Spencer's outfit!

Latest obsession.....

Hello Beauties!  I feel as if everyday I am posting it has become more random then before. Goodness! haha Sorry but that's totally me. Which I can explain and it does all kinda flow this week..... I think.... Anyway, my new obsession and I haven't quite found it for myself but Spencer and a little bit of Aria on Pretty Little Liars is to blame for it.
