Crock Pot Dips Queso dips everywhere!

Hi!

Hey!

Good Morning!

How are you?

I thought having 2 crock-pots was so amazing until I started making such yummy stuff and now well I think I need more!

These are all done in the crock pot...

So I would only pick one because you HAVE to have Buffalo Chicken dip in one!

All of these are ones that you throw in the ingredients and stir every so often....

I have a new love at Buffalo Wild Wings so this is my attempt to making it.

Chili Con Queso

2 Cans of chili
1 block velveta
1 lb cooked ground beef

Made this for Christmas and my Parents went wild over this dip!

Mexican Dip

1 block Velveta
1 can Rotel
1 lb of ground beef
1 Jar of Taco sauce

Who doesn't just like Queso? For my friend it's her magic potion that makes everything in the world seem just fine!

Queso

1 lb White American Cheese
1 can of Green Chiles
1/2 tbsp jalapenos
1 tablespoon of butter
1 (8 ounce) Cream Cheese
3 tbsp Milk

MMMM... Gosh where are the chips? Let's get to scooping up these yummy Dips!

I will be making the Chili Con Queso dip for the Super Bowl....

MMMMMMMM

Yum!

Aren't you getting so excited and ready for the Game?

Yeah... Right the "game"

If you have any Crock pot dip recipes... SHARE THEM!!!!

Fan Favorites!

Hey!

Hello!

How are you?

I am going to share some of my "Fan Favorite" party foods!

These are ones that I get asked to make many times... also know that if i serve these I can't go wrong and they are easy!

My fan Favorites for Games:

Meatballs:

Done in the crock pot....
Sweet and sour sauce 4 jars
half a bag of frozen meatballs
Stir occasionally

That is a throw it in and go... kind of recipe.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Cream Cheese
Can of Chicken
Buffalo Wing Sauce
Ranch
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Throw it in... stir occasionally

Now if you are wanting to make a lot of Buffalo Chicken dip. Double up on the Cream Cheese, Chicken and Shredded cheese.

To me the Ranch and Buffalo sauce is just guessing game in itself because it's all in how hot/ spicy you are wanting the dip to be.

The ranch helps cool it down.

Crescent Roll Pizza Dippers

1 can of Crescent Rolls ( makes 8)
Mozzarella Cheese sticks (4 cut in half)
Pepperonis ( 2-3 on each crescent roll)

Follow the directions on crescent roll can

Place each ingredient on  each cut piece and roll up

I like to serve these with Pizza sauce or Alfredo sauce... Totally from the jars... nothing fancy but gives a little bit of extra yumminess.

Now, the only thing about these is that they don't make up a lot....

So if you Good with just having to serve 8 or less or are having a small get together I would fix these.

Or if you have a lot more food going on and you don't feel like these will cause a fight.

Cheesy Pesto Chicken dip Doesn't take up room in the Crock pot! dollar store throw away pie pan!

Goodness I can't wait until the Super Bowl is over so I will stop telling you all about FOOD!

Making me so hungry every time I type a post!

Hope You all have a wonderful day!

If you have some Fan Favorites... Share them with me!

Super Bowl: Mozzarella Chicken Poppers

Good Morning!

Hello!

How are you today?

These are something you really want to add to your Super Bowl Party menu!

I have fixed them a few time and they are super easy to make.... messy but super easy!

Now, this recipe calls for BBQ sauce and I used a BBQ sauce from one of our local BBQ restaurants that makes their own sauce.

So if there is one that you adore then grab it and add it to this recipe!

Mozzarella Chicken Poppers

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 block of mozzarella
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut mozzarella into small cubes. Set aside.
Mix ground chicken, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper in bowl.
With the mozzarella cubes, wrap the chicken mixture around the cubes and seal completely.
Place on greased baking tray and bake for 10 mins. Flip the poppers and bake for another 10 mins.

Now if you are wanting a dip of some sort for these I would just use the BBQ sauce.  I actually haven't had anyone asking or needing sauce to dip with these.

Plus, I blink and they are gone most of the time!

These are so quick and simple I have actually made them for dinner before.

Even if you aren't going to be making them for the Super Bowl... They are something you may wanna just try for fun later on.

If you do try these Let me know!

They are one of my favorite things I can make!

Hope you have an Awesome day!

Super Bowl Party Pinwheels!

Hey!

Hello!

So I have been looking for other things to fix that don't require the Crock Pot!

Normally, I would be looking for those sort of recipes but... I already am having the tough decision on which one of the yummy recipes to fix!

There are so many PIN WHEEL recipes!

These caught my eye....

Philly Cheese Steak Pin Wheels

1 cup of red and green peppers
1 Alfredo pasta sauce
1/2 cup of chive and onion cream cheese spread
1 can of refrigerated crescent dough
9oz sandwich frozen steak

Heat oven to 375 degrees. spray baking sheet

cook sandwich steaks as directed on package until browned and cooked through. Place on paper towel and chop.

Cook peppers stirring them occasionally until tender

unroll crescent dough on to work surface. Spread chive & onion cream cheese spread evenly over crescent dough. top with cooked steak and bell peppers.

roll dough pinch at seam. Cut roll into 12 1 inch slices

place slices 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 14-16 mins. Let cool for about 5 mins.

Serve with warm Alfredo Sauce

Now these look good for my Husband.... for me though i'm thinking of adding Chicken instead of Steak....

Yeah... I am not a Steak girl....

I have tried it cooked all different ways..... and nope....

Don't like it.

Excited to try these!

What about you?

Are you going to add these to your menu?

Do you have a different Pin Wheel recipe you love?

Share it!

Super Bowl Outfit

Hello!

How are you?

Good Morning!

Whoot Whoot!

We have our winners for the Super Bowl

Patriots and Falcons

If you are fans of either of those teams Congrats!

I am not but I am also glad it's not the Cowboys!

I'm ready to Cheer on the Falcons for the Super bowl!

That's right I pick the Falcons to win the Super Bowl!

I have a feeling it is going to be a nail biting type of game.... and really I hope it is...

The games over the weekend kinda stuck... I mean I picked the teams to win...but I napped through half of both of the games....

Now, I am going to help you get your Superbowl party planning ideas all straight!

If you are having your own party or going to one you will have ideas.... thanks to me!

Alright so if any of you that know me.... KNOW that as soon as I am invited somewhere.... I start planning my Outfit!

Now if you are a fan other the team playing in the Super bowl you are covered...

If you aren't.. like me... You can always wear you team gear anyway!

I mean it's a celebration of Foot Ball!

Be Comfy and Cute!

NFL Tee with Jeans or leggings if you please! I have actually been looking for an NFL tee to wear for these type of occasions

The that's where Amazon comes in for the rescue!

So if you order yourself a NFL tee..... Jeans or legging will work for completing you outfit.

Your teams tee with jeans or leggings is always an option!

Now you could always order some gear from NFL.com

You could make a Lularoe Oufit with the team colors!

I personally always wear my Teams Jersey and some Jeans.

That's my football go to!

Audrey gets to wear her jersey and get special treats as well.

Berkeley came over the year before and we had our own Pug Puppy bowl.

Last year our Puppy bowl was with Clyde... sniffle sniffle... miss my big boy.

If you are looking to get your Furbabies Decked out in Foot ball Gear as well Petco  was having a sale on all their NFL gear!

Hope this gave you all some ideas to help you get your outfits straight and ordered for the BIG GAME!!!

Stay tuned for some more ideas as far as decorations....food....make up and more!

The things Kids say!

Good Morning!

This is going to be a sappy post.... I'm sorry...

I felt like sharing this moment with you all.

One thing I miss about working with kids, is how they end up teaching you or making you think/ see things differently.

The pictures they paint are absolutely beautiful.

Yesterday, My niece stepped up to the plate and made me cry with how sweet of a heart she has.

Believe me she really does and it makes me so proud of her.

One of her family dogs ( Haley) is not doing so good health wise.... She has been told that she might not make it past this weekend.

My niece understands and is sad but made sure at Christmas to get their paw prints on ornaments and she hasn't put them away with Christmas stuff just in case.

Well, now get your tissues for this next part cause even typing it to you all i'm tearing up and i haven't even started....

Whew...

She said, " I need to write a letter for her to give to Sugar ( My family dog that passed) and Doodles ( Her grandmother's dog that passed) so we can tell them hello and they will become friends and play with Haley. Then maybe if we have anyone we miss in Heaven we can send a note with Haley to give to them too."

Just touched my heart that

1. She remembered Sugar.

 2. That she is thinking of ways to make Haley's passing a positive thing.

3. That she is a sweet hearted little girl.

I know I am such a lucky person to get to be a part of her life and watch her grow. She continues to amaze me.

I hate that she will have to go through losing a pet. It was hard for me with the fish I had.....with the parrots I had.... but worse was Sugar.

Losing a dog is unbearable...

I truly believe they are family members

Sometimes better then a family member.

I didn't even live with Sugar at the time of her passing but I grew up with her being my alarm clock in the morning.

I grew up with her being the one that was home with me when my parents went out.

I grew up with her being the entertainment.

I picked her out... I picked her to be there for us...

Her favorite was my mom... which good choice...

I have the connection my mom and Sugar had with Audrey.

I see Audrey look at me the way Sugar did to mom.

The you are their whole world look.

Dogs are amazing and one might think I care too much about dogs....

That's me...

I wish more would care more...

I just would never take my Furbaby for granted.

She's my best friend.

Alright yall...

Enough of me babbling on..

Hope that all gives you a nice little thought to keep you going on this Tuesday!

10 glasses of H20 please!

Hey!

Hello!

How are you today?

Happy Friday!

Here's a little funny for you since today is FRIDAY THE 13TH!!!

Alright now all seriousness.....

WATER!!!!

That good ol H20!

How much should you be drinking?

Do you know how much water you should be drinking?

Here's a trick to help you know:

Take your current weight, divide by 2 and divide by 8. That is the number of glasses ( 8oz) you should have every day!

You will feel like you are going to the bathroom a million times at first!

Your body will slowly adjust and you will begin to stay hydrated!

I hear some people say they don't like water... which I find so weird...

It's water...

I personally have never had a problem drinking water now no it isn't my first choice but if I am working out or being active I do go towards water to help with my thirst.

If water isn't your favorite and you need to add something to make it yummy to you... Avoid the powders and sport drink additives... They are full of sugar or artificial sweeteners and aren't good for you... you will be defeating the purpose practically.

Here are some ways you can FANCY up your water:

Think of flavor combos you like in other recipes and build from there. Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • Cucumber + lime + strawberry + mint
  • Lemon + raspberry + rosemary
  • Orange + blueberry + basil
  • Lime + ginger root + basil
  • Watermelon + honeydew + mint
  • Cucumber + mint + jalapeno
  • Lemon + thyme
  • Orange + hibiscus + star anise
  • Orange + cinnamon + cardamom + cloves
  • Pear + fennel

Share some of your favorite Water recipes with us in the comments below!!!

Share your magic number!

Mine is 10! I rounded up!

I'm already on cup # 4!

Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Drink up!
