One day of Steps in January 2017!

Can you believe we have concluded a week of 2017?

Crazy!

How are you doing with your goals?

Now remember.... way back to last year.... when I told you how many FitBit steps I was getting during a work day? 

Alright well, there has been progress!

My goal is to get over 5,000 since I was only getting close to 3,000 on a normal day.

Fitbit has you set to get a goal of 10,000 steps!

I have only gotten that 5 times!

I actually changed my step goal on my Fitbit to get 5,000. 

Here's how yesterday went:

7:30 Work day starts 125 steps

8.30  364 steps

9:30  605 steps

10:30  763 steps

11:30 1,015 steps

12:30  1,099 steps

1:30 1,287 steps

2:30 1,556 steps

3:30 1,657 steps

4:30  1,782 steps

5:30  3,003 steps

6:30 3,225 steps

7:30 3,478 steps

8:30 4,064 steps

9:30  4,872 steps

10:30 in bed and going to sleep with  5,055  steps to conclude my day.

So let me give myself a little pat on the back!

Seeing this makes me so happy and proud!

May not be the 10,000 but I am moving into the right direction.

and hey it's way better then the steps I got in 2016!!!

Make up + Glasses = Geek Chic!

Hello!!! 

Good Morning!!!  

I always feel lazy looking wearing my glasses because for years now I have only worn them when I am about to go to sleep or when I am being lazy on the weekends not going anywhere... sometimes it's nice to give my eyes a break from my contacts and with the new glasses I got.....Glasses Post  

I shouldn't feel bad for wearing them! 

There are some that feel their glasses will hide the makeup and not be worth the time and effort.

Well have no fear.... Your favorite Blonde Fashion Happy girl is here to help!!

Now wearing makeup with glasses can happen....... even though my sister is one that says it can't... I have had to teach her so much in the fashion world!

Here are a few tips I found, tried, and do when wearing makeup with glasses.

- IT'S A CRIME NOT TO PRIME -

I have told you about Primer before in this Post  but.....

Using Primer on the bridge of your nose and it will help keep your glasses from slipping.

 When applying foundation, let the bridge of your nose be the last place you get so there won't be as much applied there to have your glasses get  all "gooped up" to.  

- SKIP THE HEAVY EYE SHADOWS AND DARK LINERS-

Dark Colors can tend to darker your eyes and Glasses already cast a natural shadow on your eyes

 Remember, the basic idea is to bring light and focus to your gorgeous eyes!

 I haven't been wearing eyeliner or mascara on my lower lash line.... So that will be a plus when wearing my glasses because it helps make them look open and bright. 

 Wear Dark eye liner on the top lid and colored liner or none on the bottom lid. It will make your eyes stand out

Black wings can be a bit harsh when magnified by your glasses. 

You can always wear the Rose Gold look I shared with yall and that would be the perfect color!

- DEFINE YOUR EYE BROWS -  

I talked about eye brows the other day ! 

Your Glasses frame your face, but your eye brows frame your glasses. They can get hidden sometimes so a little brush of some brow liner and gel will do wonders

- CURL LASHES - 

You don't have to skip wearing the mascara! I know that is one of the things I hated! You blink and you get mascara smudge on your glasses or you hear your lashes tap your glasses! Annoying!!! Super-curled lashes are your answer!  Stick with a volumizing mascara to get your lashes thicker! Rose Gold

Good morning! Happy Monday! It's Mean Girls day! October 3rd! 

Since they were Pink on Wednesdays.... I am going to show off a new look I did for you to be able to wear Wednesday... I am wearing today just for the fact of it being mean girls day! 

I have seen this Rose Gold color eyeshadow being a hot trend lately so I wanted to try and create my own using the Younique products I had on hand. 

On my eyes, I used Sweet Blush... yes Blush... and the color Brassy from Palette 1.

I was quite proud of myself for trying it and it actually coming out so pretty!

I of course finished the look with Perfect Moodstruck Liquid Eyeliner and 3D Fiber Mascara!

Isn't that cool that Blush can be used as an eye shadow! Which a lot of the products are versatile!  How awesome is that?  Saves you money and each products is so long lasting!

Blog Idea...

Hey Hey Hey! So I have had this idea and I have actually contacted some bloggers to see if they would like to participate.

My idea is to have a Beauty Blogger have a Younique party on her blog for 10 days. I make a blog post of 10 different products for 10 days straight and what ever hostess rewards come from that party that beauty blogger would get to have and use. Sort of a I help you if you help me deal!

I may do a mystery hostess Younique party for anyone who orders that follows my blog! 

I am trying to come up with new ideas because I am so close to my goal it is unreal! 

I am also going to start making videos as well and of course I will post them on here if I can.

I really am so excited to be able to do this.

I had a girl ask me on twitter what color eye shadow she should wear with her new lipstick. She didn't order anything from me and none of her products were Younique but it felt so cool that she reached out to me and I was able to help out!
