Throw back... cause well I'm old

Good morning all!

Happy Thursday!

How is everyone?

I'm feeling fantastic today... no sure why...but I am going to go with it...

Now I wanted to share something a little funny and it goes with Throwback Thursday!

 Don't worry about the missed posts I'm sure some of you are really mad at me about the whole I skipped the Gilmore Girls post... I'm sorry just chill there are plenty coming your way.... I think I have enough to close out November... Then It's CHRISTMAS POSTS GALORE !!! 

Alright alright so back to this posts.... Kris and I went and saw our niece sing in her little concert her classmates put on for Veterans Day. Super Cute! She was so excited to see us there! AWESOME feeling! 

We went with her to dinner afterwards and somehow we got on the subject of school lunch....

Her lunch costs $ 4.00 that day!

Kris and I were stunned considering the most ours were was $1.50 and that's cause we got an extra chocolate milk!

Kris then asks her about the pizza... he said do yall still have square pizza?

She looked at us like we had 12 heads.. 

Like what it looked super gross but we waited all week for that goodness!

She then proceeded to tell us that she gets with her meal. 

The choices too! Like we would only get what was on the menu or a salad for the day!

They get like 5 different choices!

Kris and I looked at each other and were like... wow we were deprived as kids!

We only got Ice Cream on Fridays... They have the choice of ice cream or cup cakes EVERYDAY!

Leaving that dinner Kris and I felt super old!!

What A HIT!

Hello! How are you today? Hopefully fantastic! 

In Honor of Thirsty Thursday.... I figured I would show off The Stock The Bar Party Kris and I threw for our wedding!

The object was for the guest to bring a bottle of wine and/ or a pack of beer to help us stock up and be able to serve them at the wedding. 

Kris and I decided to give back to them and  have a cook out and an outdoor movie!

It was such a hit!

We borrowed the outdoor movie set up and I am pretty sure by next summer we will have our own!

Drunk In Love table that had wine punch and then pictures of Kris and I with Jones Sodas!!

LOVED THIS!!

Used Pallets as a table for everyone

Can't have a movie with out pop corn!!

I was quite pleased with how well it all turned out! 

Can you believe in 29 days, I will be Mrs. Jones?! 

It's flying!

Throw back Thursday Washington Redskin Style!!

The Washington Redskins are in town for their first day of Training camp! I am excited because at any moment you could run into one of them on the streets! Ahh! Which I would love to meet them but I would love to see Ryan Kerrigan in person! My friend got to last year and I have been jealous of her ever since!

So I am throwing it back to one of my older posts of when I went to one of the games last year and The Redskins won in Overtime!!!! A HTTR Adventure!!!

The Adventures of Ducky and Elmo

Hello! Happy Thursday! Now people let me tell ya bout my best friend... She has been a little down this week so I decided to make a post just about her and it falls in with Throw Back Thursday because some of the pictures I am posting are some throwbacks. 

Natalie and I have been friends close to 6 years now. I met her 7 years ago at my job. She has now moved on to a high tech job so now I can no longer page for her to come help me with the paper towels at work. They are tough to get the cardboard out of but it was never a problem for her. 

Anyway, we have gotten closer as the years have gone on even with her leaving me at work. She has always been one I can call if I ever needed to vent or needed a friend. She's awesome! That is the truth for sure I have 4 times pop right in my mind where I called her and she was there for me right away! She was also the only best friend I have ever had watch me dance in a dance recital! That makes me very lucky and blessed. We have had our ups and downs like every friendship does but still no matter how long life keeps us busy we can always talk and be right back to where we were laughing and singing as we dance to our favorite songs. 

We would have the best times going downtown together dancing! we had our own playlists every weekend that we would play to pump us up for the nights. We never wore the same outfits because of course we would get pictured and of course they would go on Facebook! 

We have done so many awesome things together throughout the years. A couple memories that stand out are getting attacked by Ladybugs at the beach, learning that Buffalo Wild Wings does have mini corn dogs, finding out that dancing "is all in de hips", and that there are languages out there that we never even knew about!

So here's to one of my Best Friends...... I love you and SMILE!!!

Throw Back Thursday.....What? It's Thursday?

Good Morning! How are you today? Can you believe it is Thursday? I don't know about you but I am very tired...whew I can't wait to sleep late on Saturday. I say that and lately the days I have the opportunity to, I end up being wide awake normal work times!

Throw back Thursday....

So....In my 2nd post  I told everyone who my favorite fashion inspirations are. My number one was of course Jessica Simpson! I was looking through pictures and came across one of my Jessica Simpson Birthday celebrations.... yes... I used to celebrate Jessica Simpson's birthday by having a movie marathon and listening to her music all day. 

She has always been a favorite of mine to where I used to be obsessed. I always thought she was a great role model for young girls.  

Anyway, hope this gave you a good laugh and please....don't judge me
