Week 3 Completed!

How did you do with your goals?

Remember.... no matter how little you did you are still doing laps compared to the one sitting on the couch!

Here's how I did this week..... 


My Fit Bit Totals for the week:

This week I started my Beach Body Group... so I had to track my water intake as well. 

I need to have at least 10 cups of water a day!


 Weight Waters is still the same thing....I get a daily amount of 30 points and 35 weekly points.

Monday I felt great! I became very chatty after the Country Heat work out and I am so excited I got that workout!

It is not hard what so ever but it surprised me how much it worked you!

I woke up Tuesday walking a little slow but it made me smile even bigger!

Tuesday doing Country Heat was TOUGH!!

I didn't do it no where near as good as I did Monday!

I still have a ways to go and I did start to slack off and well I did slack over the weekend...

There are a lot of new recipes I have come across and would like to try out....

It isn't perfect but I will get there.

New year is upon us


Hi!

Hello!

How are you?!!

Can you believe we are about to start a new year?!

Where did this one go?

Do you make resolutions? I kinda do but it's more like Goals to accomplish during the year!

My Goals For 2017!!!

Here We Go:


  1. Lose 20 pounds
  2. Tone up
  3. Cook new things
  4. Try a Kick Boxing class
  5. Post 20 posts in a month, every month on here.
  6. Go on another cruise
  7. Level up in Younique
  8. Do more adventures with my Mom
  9. Go to the shoot range and take a class
  10. Team up with another Blogger.


Now, of course I am going to say Lose weight and be fit..... I want to continue this the whole year... I'm going to be turning 30! I want to look fantastic! 30 is just a number! I want to feel that way when the time comes!

I'd like to get to where I get 10,000 steps on my Fitbit at least once a week!!! 

Now I do want to start cooking different things... I know sounds like it kinda defeats the purpose but for most of the days and night I hope to be sticking with Weight Watchers and doing Zumba like it's going out of style!

Just saw at my favorite outdoor mall that they do a Cooking class. Which you end up cooking your dinner during this class! 

Try a kick boxing class! Looks like fun and would be nice to Punch something and not get in trouble, since punching people if frowned upon. 

Have at least 20 posts a month on here! Considering there are 28,30,or 31 days in a month... I think I could do this.... I'd love to get more followers! I see people reading my posts but feels like I am talking to myself sometimes!

Go on another cruise! Yes! I would love to see The Virgin Islands...  That's our next want to spot to travel to! 

I want to have more dates with my Mom... I would love to go do more with her. Even if it is cook her dinner or something!

Level up in Younique! I would love to start selling more and level up. I have a lot of work to do to get that done. I need to take more PICTURES! I need to do more VIDEOS.  I feel like with getting healthy again I'll have the motivation to look good and feel good all working for me. 

Team up with more Bloggers to guest blog or do a fun post featuring both of us! Yes! I would love to work with another Blogger. Fashion...Makeup...TV Show...anything! I would love to share the styles or opinions of others and have a kick butt post because of it!

Motivation has hit me

Hey Everyone!!!

Hope everyone is feeling great!

I for one was not and I have told ya'll before I was going to make a change and I didn't. Until now that is! 
There needs to be a change because I feel so blah and haven't been sleeping good and well cute shirts aren't looking that cute on me. 

Sunday night I weighed in at 154.3

125 was my normal weight and I thought I needed to get fit then.

Going to make Sunday my weigh in day and Post my weekly updates as well.

Probably won't be this in depth and tell you everyday just my weigh ins and maybe a meal that worked out for points good. 

I need to do these posts for myself though to let it be known that someone out there is reading this and seeing that I am trying and it won't be so easy for me to quit.

I am in my best friend's wedding in May so here we go again..

I make myself look good for other people's wedding... not my own... hahaha

I have started wearing my FITBIT again as well.... It's terrible considering how much I was doing of being 8,000 to 10,000 and now barely getting 5,000....


Like I said, CHANGE has to happen!!!

Now yes I am going to allow myself to enjoy the holidays but in between them I am going to work hard....

Then after the holidays it's game on!

Step back and say WHOA!

Good Morning!! How is everyone?! Hopefully ya'll are all doing SUPER DUPER! 

So I have to admit.... this year my drive for achieving goals is no where near as awesome as it was last year.... I have said so many times I was going to do....and I didn't.

I actually just read some of my motivational posts from last year and I read nothing but excitement and pride with myself. 

I'm not saying I don't like myself .... I do for sure!  

Just disappointed in myself... Plus my body has rolls that are rolling out of shirts i have never had issues with... that's disturbing...

In no way am I on here complaining and saying I am fat... just whoa what happened? 

The fact that I was able to slay the goals last year and this year have no motivation... it floored me... I could lose weight and exercise and be healthy for someone else's wedding but not my own.... Whaaaat?

Crazy...even worse... I have so many more resources too! Gym membership...Fitbit...2 Zumba DVD sets...resistance bands.... ankle weights...Weight Watchers program...

Like seriously!

Now that my wedding is done... I have the urge to get back into the routine. Isn't that silly?

Yet, I want to cook more! Different foods....

So, with all that said.... I guess there's no real reason for a starting point. Any time you can start over and go for it. There's no goal but the goal of doing it for myself.

Reading how good I felt and all the energy I had.... looked and sounds so wonderful.

Now, I think I will go back and read those posts again!

Ha Take that!

Happy Friday!!! I told you all that I would let you all know how my weigh in goes today and well I have lost 7 pounds since last Friday!  

How exciting! Remember my goal was 5 and I met the goal and got 2 extra! Whoot Whoot!

So now I would like to make Mondays my weigh in days..... I kinda like Feel good Friday though... So Let's just keep it Friday! haha

Kris cooked some Grilled Chicken on the grill last night and that was so good! 

I didn't do as well as I could have last week but I did do something right!

I am ready to get a bit more active this week. All I did last week was walk a little bit. I always park far away so I have to walk to get to the stores I am going to. 

Which It will be hard to become more active, with Orange Is The New Black new season available on Netflix!  I am so ready to check it out! The clock isn't moving fast enough here at work. I wonder what Piper gets her self into this season haha.

I am very close to Pink Status With Younique I played a game last night and got 3 orders from it! My leader gave me 2 thumbs up for creativity! Whoot Whoot!

Now tomorrow Kris and I have a wedding to attend.... It's a Cocktail attire wedding... I was dreading it at first until we went to Ross and I got a long black dress to wear! 

Now I am excited and Ready to go to this wedding! It's amazing what a dress can do...

You will never guess the Price though....... $15! 

It reminds me Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast At Tiffany's. 

So Exciting! 

I will Take a picture of us for ya'll you see... As for now I have a picture of me in the dressing room that I took to show my Mom.  That picture doesn't really show off the dress too much so ya'll will just have to wait and see!

 Well I can't wait to show you all how awesome Kris and I look at the wedding!

I need to grab the remote and take control again!

Good morning everyone! I have to apologize and fess to my actions and remind you and myself that I am able to do anything!

I'm sure you are reading this and going whaaat?! What happened? Where's the happy Ashley? That's a question I have been asking myself a lot here lately too. I cried to my mama last night and although getting a hug from her would have helped a lot more. 

I went to the doctor Monday and it was for a check up but I also explained to her that I haven't been feeling good the past 2 months. I have been having headaches off and on. My body has been hurting and weak feeling as if I am getting over being sick. Plus I have been so tired. 

My Fitbit stats went from 5,000- 10,000 a day to now getting 3,000-4,000 a day. I just haven't had the energy and my body has hurt.

The doctor was thinking it was my thyroid but I have yet to hear from the doctor since the test results have come in.

So after my cry session, I have decided maybe I am just making up excuses. 

I am BETTER then that!

Monday, I will start back with Weight Watchers! 

I did it last year and I can do it again this year!

I have already lost 3 pounds since the doctor visit on Monday.... So I am ready to push forward and get moving!

I have even more sources at my reach to get healthy again.

I will Share with you all my progress and down falls.  

I am ready to feel like me again and there's no reason why I shouldn't.

I always like to have a goal to go after a long term and a short term.

 My long term goal is to go for the weight of 120 that is the weight I had gotten to last year and then everyone told me I was looking sick. 

Short term goal is to lose 5 pounds next week!

I will do my weigh in day on Friday next week and share with you. After that it will be on Mondays. I like starting fresh and kicking off the week with that goal.

Feel Good Fitness Friday!

Good Morning! Happy Feel good Friday! This has been such a long week...it just dragged....we are finally here at Friday though! YIPPEE!

I have to admit everything I mentioned about staying on top of Weight Watchers and Fitness and all.....Well I slacked and then didn't weigh in on Wednesday. I lived a little over the weekend and I haven't eaten the best but I worked out Tuesday, Wednesday ,and Last night! I was feeling down on myself and also bloated because well I am a girl and that happens once a month and last time I weighed in with that I had gained 2 pounds... 

After last night's workout though, I feel so better!  I also was complimented on my legs yesterday, being told they looked very toned. I also realized my arms have a bit more toning look to them now as well. If that's not motivation, I don't know what else is!

I wanted to share the awesome workout I tried last night and was so excited about! I did this after the Ripped DVD on the Zumba Exhilarate set. You will need a resistance band for it. I found it on Pinterest of course!


I did 20 reps on each leg then went on to do some more resistance exercises, then came back and did another 20 reps on each leg, did and another exercise, and ended with 20 reps on each leg.

It burned but felt so good!

We Made it to another Feel Good Friday!

Good morning! Happy Friday! I feel like this has been a long week! Happy Spring! It's is a rainy day here. Blah...That means I should stay home and cuddle with Audrey right?

I want to brag a little about myself because I can't get over the fact that I have loss a total of 7 pounds and I have only 3 more to go before I hit my goal! I am beyond excited and Proud of myself! It is truly and awesome feeling!

I started my day, yesterday, trying some Green Tea. It was good just tasted like some unsweet tea to me. I drink the whole to-go cup! Go Me!


Last night, I did the Zumba Toning DVD (Ripped from Exhilarate) then I did 20 reps each of different resistance work outs! 

I'm feeling really good! I left one point yesterday, My fiber one bar (2points), Smart One Spaghetti (7points), grilled chicken and baked potato dinner(7 points), and mini chocolate fudge pie (9points) all added up to 25 points.

Today, I believe I will start my day out the same with the green tea and Fiber One bar. Although my bed feels perfect especially with Audrey curled up with me...

There is a quote I found yesterday that I love and I believe it to be true and actually I could hear my dad say something like that to me.

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going!

Good Habits are just as addicting as bad but so much more rewarding!

I told my friend yesterday that I really wanted to blog this whole adventure I am on so hopefully I could Inspire someone to get active, make better food choices, and have this wonderful feeling every single day! There are not many cons to doing this and actually at the moment I can't think of any but I could tell you so many pros....

I sleep better at night
I am more energized
I don't feel sluggish or bloated all day long
I am happy
I am proud of myself
I love myself more
I am getting compliments every day 

So You can do this! My motivation was to look better in the wedding pictures and fit in my bridesmaid dress for the wedding I am in in May. The dress is actually big on me and I haven't even met my goal yet!

So Find what your motivation is and get up and go after your goals! If you are going to try Weight Watchers TRACK EVERYTHING!

Weigh in Wednesday!

Good Morning! I of course go weigh in for my completed week #6! I feel great that's for sure! The key is to track everything to eat and planing will help as well! I always make sure that one day of the week not 4 anymore... I get to go to Buffalo Wild Wings and order the Buffalo Ranch Chicken wrap that is 33 points! I only get 26 daily points so I tap into my activity and 49 weekly points. It's my treat!


I have become totally addicted to the Smart Ones Spicy Chicken Sandwich Sliders (5 points) and The Weight Watchers popped Barbecue Chips! (2 points)

I am getting to the point where I know point values on stuff and I am making better choices.

I am nervous about the weigh in I always am but then again I was very good! I did Zumba at least 5 days of the week, I cleaned most of the day Saturday, I went to the yoga barre class Sunday, and I only touched my extra points Monday night when I ate buffalo wild wings.

It all paid off because I lost 2 pounds! 

Tomorrow night I am excited to work out! Zumba is calling my name as well as some toning with the resistance bands! Whoot Whoot!

Happy Feel Good Friday!

Good morning everyone! So I am starting week six of Weight Watchers and I have lost 5 pounds so far and I am feeling great! I have had a lot of people tell me that they can tell I have lost weight, so that is exciting!


 Even greater news, I tried on the bridesmaid dress to the wedding I am sweating for and It fits!

 I have been doing Zumba from the at home dvds  close to every night and doing a yoga barre class on Sunday for the past 2 weeks! 
I do Exhilarate and Ripped dvds of this pack. 

Just got this set in the mail and so far I have done Leg and Glutes one 

I am pushing myself that is for sure and I am so proud since I feel so good about myself! 

The Weight Watchers program was overwhelming at first but I have found the things I like and tried now things to find the substitutes for the bad things I have been eating.

I am loving the Smart Ones that Weight Watchers promotes and the points are on the box!
So Far The Spicy Chicken Slider (5pts) is my favorite!

Motivational Monday....

Good morning! Happy Monday morning.... 

Whew! My body is sore! My legs and back are on fire today! whoot whoot!

Note to self : never leave The Avengers movie on tv while trying to fall asleep because Kris will stay up and watch the whole movie and keep scaring you and Audrey while yall are snuggled up sleeping and then will go into work late because he didn't sleep  much..... MEN!


Progress is Progress no matter how small! Great quote to get this day started! Today is my First day of Weight Watchers full force! I will lose the weight and work on toning up for Summer. I am in a wedding May 16th, so I hope to be looking and feeling how I want to be feeling at this moment and time! I can do it! I will do it! 

I was looking into getting the next dvd set of Zumba. it comes with a step this time and has extra dvds with it that focus on certain body part workouts! I would love to get it! I hope I stay this focused and motivated! Please help me!

Goals

Hello everyone! What a beautiful weekend it was here! Such a tease with having 70 degree weather! I am ready for that everyday! Audrey and I played outside for a long time both yesterday and today!

Can everyone please give me a round of applause because I was a very good girl and I did Zumba Monday night, Tuesday afternoon, I Country Line Danced Wednesday night, Zumba Thursday night, Country Line Danced Friday night and I just did Zumba Toning DVD this afternoon! I am so freakin sore! It's worth it though it's that good sore feeling!








 I also signed up with Weight Watchers I haven't fully started with it yet I am going to be full force come tomorrow. I just was a little over whelmed with the reading and trying to figure out how many points the foods I eat at restaurants are. It was very depressing but I'm over it I read everything and I went grocery shopping so I am ready to tackle this week full force!
