Monday morning Navy Blues...

Good morning! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! I have had a busy week so that's why I haven't made a post. I'm very sorry...please forgive me!

I realized I never told you about my lace dress outfit I wore to the Bridal shower. I showed you what I am planning on wearing to the wedding but never showed you what I did wear to the shower! How silly!

Navy lace dress and boots!!

I got my navy lace dress from kohls my statement necklace from Walmart and my boots I have had for years and I got them from Body Central back when Dukes Of Hazzard movie came out.

Favorite deal of this week!

Hey! Happy Friday!We Made it! Hope you all have a wonderful day! I am excited and nervous.... I am going to the beach for a girls weekend right after work today! eek! 

I have to tell you about my deal on my cowboy boots I just got! Kris was told over the weekend that he is in our friend's wedding so to me that means I have to dress up a little more since he will be so dressed up being a groomsmen. Well this is also the bridal shower I went to that caused me to go on the mission of the dress and my boots I told yall about in the I'm on a mission post. So after we ate breakfast at Cracker Barrel on Sunday we went to Tractor Supply and I saw that they had Cowboy Boots so I was looking and saw a cute pair for $150. They didn't have my size so I was kinda bummed. I date the ebay king ( meaning he is always finding deals on ebay) He found me the boots for $112 with free shipping! I totally bought them right then! 

Well that made the wheels in my mind start going so I knew I had seen a dress at Kohls that would match. I ordered that dress as well! I am now ready for the wedding once all of my items come in! Of course I need to get my accessories all straight  but I need for the dress to come in so I can decide.

All is fine and dandy until Wednesday when I got an email from Bootshark which is the store that had the Ebay listing saying it would be another 2 weeks because that boot had over sold.... I am keeping my fingers crossed that they come in before September 6th, the wedding day, so my outfit will be complete and I will look how I want to.

Wednesday... means Country night!!!

Hello! How are you? It's Wednesday! Which mean Country night! My second night of going to Uptown for their country night and I am so excited! I have reviewed what I learned last week!  It's time to go get my country on! After my day at work...

I think I have had my outfit for tonight picked out since last Wednesday! Boots, Jean shorts, a navy tank with a crochet open cardi, and my statement necklace!!!

To all my Pretty Little Liars followers..... what did you think of last night episode? I don't think Allison is A but she sure does have some games up her sleeves doesn't she?

I wanna be wanna your Friday night!

Good morning! So thanks to my fellow line dancing friend.... I was dancing around the bedroom last night to the step by step video she sent me and she is going to record herself doing a couple others for me as well! I am so totally excited! So I now know 3 dances and  I can do one no problem and I am still working on the others. After I became tired the dancing didn't stop because I remembered there was a movie that I wanted to watch again because of all of this excitement in my life..... Footloose!

Then of course watching that.... I wanted to dance again! I would really love to teach Kris the dances because I know he could do these.... from what his sister told me last night... she said he used to dance all the time and was surprised he hadn't asked me to teach him. Which I remember when we watched Footloose the first time he said he liked the dancing so.... maybe I need to work my magic and plan us a date night of teaching/learning to line dance! 

Also, I added a new bangle to my Alex and Ani bangle collection.....

I guess I am hooked! Hope you all have a wonderful Friday!

If you take anything away from this recent craziness of me now talking about nothing but line dancing all the time.... know that it never hurts to try something new in your life and it may be scary but you may end up loving it and it will spark a fire in your life you had been missing.

I'm going out with my boots on....

Hey so I have some plans and posts ready to publish but I need to take pictures and add them and well it hasn't happened so I am sorry I haven't blogged this week but I have to tell you about my night! Last night was so much fun! I went to Uptown Alley and Wednesday nights are Country night! They play nothing but Country music and have free line dance lessons! I have never done country line dancing before and let me tell you I LOVE IT! I was totally nervous to try it but I was so excited to. I now know what I am going to be doing every Wednesday night! Now, I totally need to get some Country Fashion in my life! Just for the Wednesday nights!

We learned 4 dances and I can only do one at the moment for you and it was to Trace Adkins song Ala-freakin-bama! the second dance wasn't too hard but the last 2... um yeah my feet were going one way and I was going another!

I do have some Cowboy boots and those might get worn out with all the dancing I will be doing!

Grab a pair of Cowboy boots for yourself and try something new!
