Want a Quesadilla Night?

Hey!

Hello!

How are you?

Ugh... So I'm so tired of cooking the same things...then going and eating at the same places.....

 I actually just bought up a bunch of  Tastefully Simple products from my Sister, who is a representative of theirs, to help out with this issue.

I will go more into detail of the company once I make something of theirs to share.

Now, while i'm waiting for my order to come in I decided to be experimental last night and well...

I have to share so exciting news!!!

I made a dinner that now gets to be put into rotation of things we eat!

Quesadillas with Spanish Rice!

Here are the products I used:

Also grab some Burrito soft shells and cheese!

Now I cooked the Chicken in the skillet following the directions on the bag.

Then I added the Taco seasoning and the 2/3 cup water and let that simmer for the 3-4 mins. I then drained the chicken and put it in a bowl ready to scoop out buffet style to make your own quesadilla.

Now, I just put the shell in a skillet added what I wanted Chicken and Cheese.... LOTS OF CHEESE...

I folded it over like I would my tacos....cooked it until cheese was melted flipping it occasionally.  

I made the Spanish Rice how the box directions called for.

I served the quesadilla and rice with some Sour cream for dipping and this dinner was a big hit!

Magical night....

Hello!

Hi!

How are you?

Oh my goodness!

Friday night was a magical night!

A December night to the max!

Super cold.... but.....Super worth it!

I can't believe this happened!

 Only thing that would have made it better was if Audrey got to go with us!

We had a Double date that was sooo GREAT!

Dinner at PF Changs!

I haven't eaten at PF Changs in FOREVER!

 OMG! the food there is absolutely AMAZING! 

We started with the appetizer of Lettuce wraps and then my main dish was Chicken Fried Rice with some Moscoto. 

Absolutely Amazing!

After indulging in that goodness. We went outside to see Horse drawn Carriages waiting to take us around the outdoor mall.

It was part of the mall event... Kris didn't set that up or anything hahaha 

He knew not to be a fool and miss out on it though! Good boy!

They have an ice skating rink set up and beside the rink they had an instrumental band playing Christmas songs. 

Now ....Have I mentioned how much I love this outdoor mall? Same one I take Audrey to! Same one that has the theater Kris and I always go see our Marvel Superhero movies at. 

Just AMAZING!!!

Definitely a memory I will cherish FOREVER! 

Riding in a carriage is something I have always wanted to experience!

What's something you have always wanted to do and actually got to do it?

I mean even the simplest thing... Just something that made you so happy to experience!

It's truly an amazing feeling!

Audrey and a bath....

Hellooooooooo!!!

Good morning!

Hope you are having a lovely day!

 It is sooooo cold here! Brr!

 So, I have to tell you....

I gave Audrey a bath last night.

You would think she is all about getting a bath and enjoying her spa time....

Well... she is good in the bath... let her drink the water.... and all but it's after the bath...

 She goes nuts after she gets out of the bath!

 It's so funny! 

She won't let me use the hair dryer on her she runs from it... and she will only let you towel dry her for a little bit and the she starts making laps around the house!!!

 She puts herself in dry mode!!

She was not mad I promise she was licking the water and I caught her at the wrong time!

She got a bone after words and we snuggled in bed together until we were woken up to go to our own bed sides.

Never a dull moment with this baby girl! I was going to take her to the mall this weekend but we are suppose to have bad weather so I guess we will be snuggling this weekend instead!

Christmas Traditions

Good Morning!

Hey!

Hello!

How are you?!

I'm so sorry I disappeared on you guys!

I'm back and I have so much awesomeness to share!

Can you believe we have only 11 more sleeps until Christmas Morning?!

Where has the time gone?

I wanted to know what are your favorite traditions?

Have you started new ones this year?

Well, growing up my family and I had the Advent Calendar that was a mouse that you would move each day it got closer to Christmas...

That became very competitive on who moved the mouse the most... although it somehow never counted unless my Daddy was the one that moved it. 

Definitely a game I would like to pass down to my kids!

We also have our family Christmas Vacation movie viewing! We sit down as a family and watch the movie and laugh like it's the first time we have ever saw it!

Each year we add more to the night.... with snacks...decor....and outfits!

Again something I will do with my kids a s well!

Now as you remember I do have a Pug Christmas Light Party!  I told you all about that a few days ago.... you can click here to go back and read about that!

Now there is one that I have heard about that I would love to do with my kids... If I have them... haha 

 I heard where a family individually wrapped all their Kid friendly Christmas Movies and lets their child go open one of the movies and that is the movie they watch for their movie night!

How cool is that?

So what's something that you do with your family or friends?

Have you passed anything down to your own kids?

I truly believe this is why I love Christmas so much because there are just so many special things I have grown up doing.

Christmas Light Pug Party

Hello!

Good Morning!!!

How is everyone today?

I think Audrey is tired from all the excitement we had last night!

 I think we have made this a tradition for ourselves!

Take our Pug/Puggle for a walk through the gardens... 

This year we both remembered bags ... Last year we were so nervous our dogs would behave embarrassing... well only thing that we laugh about from last year is the fact that Berkeley went poo on a light!

This year They were really good! They Actually were happy to see each other! Audrey has been a little anti social to dogs here lately... So I was happy to see her excited to see Berkeley 

As soon as we got there the little pug butts got greeted in a way they weren't very happy over so once we gave them their pep talk we were able to look at the lights and the other dogs there. 

Audrey befriended a King Charles Caviler and a French Bulldog!!

Oh and of course some other Pugs!

 Crazy to say but I had so much fun! Seeing all the other breeds... like your very own live dog show!

Only the comments of people... like WE CAN HEAR YOU!

Poor Berkeley kept getting called a boy... and well someone said," Oh look at the fat one".... talking about Audrey....

She's not fat! She is healthy and still in the weight group of her breed!

Ugh.. People!

The night is fun with the car ride there and the car ride back! It is for sure one thing that we will be doing for years to come. 

Of Course her and I both have asked for puppies this Christmas.... so we shall see if we get to add anyone to our night!

That will make it even more adventurous!!

Oh and as for our coats... well it was kinda warm last night so I had a jacket on and was sweating a little... 

We were prepared for December weather but... That's not what we had last night...

Oh well!

Hello December!!!

Hey Hey Hey!

Good Morning!!

Happy December 1st!!!

Holy Jalapeno! 

Can you believe it is December? I mean didn't I just say  HOLY COW it's November? Wasn't I just getting married? 

WOW!!

Soooo... the Christmas music is playing.... the Christmas movies are ready to be viewed...

It can all happen now that we are all decorated!!!

I can take Audrey tonight to look at Christmas Lights cause we have ours up!

I actually updated our Christmas Decorations!!

Which I confess... I'm addicted to this Buffalo Check Plaid!!!

Our new tree! Which has colored lights because Kris insisted that it's not Christmas without colored lights... At first I was like ugh because I had a vision.... but I like it!
